Jayhawkers BBQ Catering is based in Lawrence, Kansas, the home of the original Jayhawkers. We offer catering and delivery services in the general areas of Lawrence, Topeka, and the greater Kansas City metro area.

Low and slow is the way to go! All of our meats are fresh, all natural and the highest quality of beef, chicken, and pork. Traditional barbecue; slow cooked, lightly seasoned, and never sauced. That’s right! We want you to taste the meat and not the sauce. BBQ done right doesn’t need sauce. But, we will gladly provide it on the side when requested.
Although we specialize in traditional BBQ, we may still be able to meet your culinary needs. We can meet most dietary preferences; Halal, Kosher, Vegan, and Vegetarian.

Pulled Pork
Mouth watering slow smoked pork butt, gently pulled.
Pork Loin
Center cut pork loin, thick sliced.
Ribs
Baby Back and St. Louis Style, whichever you prefer.
Sausage
Smoked pork sausage links, then thinly sliced and smoked again. Makes great sandwiches!
